General Guidelines

Guest Eligibility

• Guests must be accompanied by a current studio member at all times.
• Each member may bring a maximum of 2 guests per visit and up to 2 visits a year. There are no restrictions for bringing a guest for a quick studio tour.
• Please check the class and event schedule before bringing in a guest. Plan on working outside of those times.

Check-In and Registration

• All guests planning to work in the studio must sign in at the front desk upon arrival.
• Only regular studio members are eligible to bring guests in to work.
• Guests must complete a liability waiver form before participating in any activities.

Fees

• There are no fees to pay when hosting a guest. 
• Any clay that a guest uses must be purchased by you.
• You are responsible for finishing and keeping track of your guest’s work.

Studio Use

Access

• Guests are allowed access to designated areas only and must follow all studio rules and guidelines.
• Certain equipment and tools may be restricted to members only. Please consult with staff if you have any questions. 

Safety and Conduct

• Guests must follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate attire, including closed-toe shoes and protective clothing as necessary.
• Respectful and considerate behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Cell phone conversations must be taken outside.
• Watching programs on personal devices must be with headphones or earbuds.

Instruction and Supervision

• Members are responsible for supervising their guests and ensuring they follow all studio policies.
• Guests are not permitted to use wheels or other specialized equipment without proper instruction and supervision.

Age Restrictions

Minors

• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Specific activities or areas may have age restrictions. Please check with staff for details.

Cleanup and Maintenance

Cleanliness

• Guests must help maintain the cleanliness of the studio. This includes cleaning workspaces, tools, and any areas used during the visit.
• Members are responsible for ensuring their guests leave the studio in the same condition they found it.

Violations and Enforcement

Policy Violations

• Any member or guest found in violation of these policies may be asked to leave the studio and may face suspension of guest privileges.
• Repeated violations may result in termination of membership.
