NEW!  Join Dave Olsen for an introductory half-day workshop covering the basics of using a clay extruder.

A clay extruder is a tool designed to push clay through shaped dies to create consistent forms, most commonly used for making mug handles and simple components.

In this workshop, Dave will demonstrate best practices for preparing clay, setting up and using the extruder, and achieving clean, reliable results. Participants will also learn proper extruder care and cleanup.

During the workshop, each participant will make
• Vase or Pitcher
• Soap dish
• Mug

Tuition:  $110    Studio clay is included in tuition, and this clay will be used by all class participants for all the projects. Students may make one of 1-2 of each form.

This workshop is well-suited for anyone new to clay extrusion or those looking to build confidence with this versatile studio tool.
